Password reset
Forgot Password is on the same official page as the USAePay login. The message goes to the email stored on that user. A typo in the profile means no mail — support can read the profile, they cannot see a password you typed on a blog.
If lockout and reset both fail, the ISO that boarded the MID opens the ticket. Have the Account ID and last four of the TIN ready. This desk cannot flip the flag.
