Three searches hit this desk: usaepay login (the one that matters), the short brand USAePay, and usaepay login merchant when someone on the floor wants the terminal, not a developer sandbox. After NMI took the brand, that console is not a hostname you guess from a banner.
Live sign-in. Use the URL in the welcome email, or open the current directory at nmi.com/logins and choose the USAePay / NMI tile your ISO named. A demo user will not open production.
What the login is made of

You are often on sandbox. Production and demo do not share the card vault. Check the host in the mail, not the logo on the tab.
USAePay as a short query
Plain “USAePay” is the brand, not a button. Most people who land from that word still need the login. Treat it as the same console path: welcome-file host or the NMI directory, then the boarded username.

That longer string is the cashier version of the same request. Merchant staff do not want API keys. They want the page that takes a keyed sale. Point them at the production host, not the demo cluster and not a search ad.
Why this desk exists
Brand search still types “usaepay login” years after the merger. Official sitelinks cover NMI’s own properties. This host is a dated field note for boarded merchants who landed on the old name. It is not a processor, not a reseller checkout, and not a place to paste a PIN.
