Where is the official USAePay login?
On the host printed in the merchant welcome file. NMI lists current consoles at nmi.com/logins. Search ads are not the source of truth.
Why did my old USAePay bookmark stop working?
After the NMI acquisition many bookmarks still pointed at a retired hostname. The username often did not change; the host did.
Can I recover a password from this website?
No. Reset lives on the official console. Mail follows the address stored on that user record.
What is the difference between Account ID and username?
Account ID is a boarding label some ISOs print. The console username is created by the processor. They are not interchangeable.
Will a sandbox login open live batches?
No. Sandbox and production do not share sessions. Sales that die on AVS after a successful-looking login are often on the demo cluster.
Is usaepay login merchant a different console?
No. It is the same USAePay login with merchant intent: keyed sale on the floor, not an API key.
